So we start out this week with a brand new Christmas song from Mt. Joy, and while it may not sound like traditional holiday music, it's a really pretty track.  Actually all five of these are brand new releases that I've already hit repeat on a few times.  Enjoy and have a great weekend!

Friday 5--10/25/2019

Here is my second installment of the Friday 5. We saw Savannah Conley open for Ben Folds last weekend and she is a singer/songwriter worth keeping an eye (and ear) on. Grace Potter's new album dropped today and four of the tracks, including "Desire," feature Jess and Holly from the band Lucius. Grace has one of the most powerful voices in rock and it's on full display here. We round out with the new single from Dualtone's Mt. Joy, a track from Groh's OurVinyl Sessions, and then a kick-start into your weekend with Scorpions' "Pictured Life," otherwise known as the first song I ever blasted in my own first car....a looonnnnnggg time ago. happy weekend everyone!
